What is EduMentalAssignPro?

EduMentalAssignPro is an innovative plugin for Microsoft Teams Education that helps teachers optimize their task management. By synchronizing all school-wide tasks on a Swiss server, these tasks can be easily searched and filtered. Changes are updated automatically, eliminating the need for manual intervention.

• Comprehensive filter and search functions: Easily find tasks based on the title, class name and text content.
  

• Map and list view: Tasks can either be displayed in a quick overview (card view) or in a detailed, sortable way (list view).
  

• School-wide synchronization: All tasks are stored on a central server and are accessible to all authorized teachers.
  

• Data protection and security: AAll data are synchronized and processed via Swiss servers, which guarantees the highest standards of security and compliance with data protection regulations. Tasks can be done privately or publicly within your school.

EdumentalAssignPro is an app for schools. A client is a school. The school buys a subscription for the entire organization (the fee depends on the number of teachers). Administrators grant all permissions for the entire organization. Before using EdumentalAssignPro within teams, we assume that the user has already set up an educational client with a school, classes / teams, teachers and students. The app is available to users with the „Microsoft 365 A5 license for teachers “.

Share tasks within the school

When a teacher adds the EdumentalAssignPro application and opens it for the first time, all of his tasks are synchronized with the application database. Our application stores and grants access to all tasks of the teachers of the same school in one place. After synchronization, all tasks are displayed on a dashboard.

Our application offers two views for tasks: map view and list view.

EdumentalAssignPro has a toolbar which gives an opportunity to easily search the assignment by Name, Instructions text.

Advanced filter: 

In the EduMentalAssignPro interface, you have the option to filter assignments using advanced filters to better manage and organize your tasks. Here's a description of the available filter options:

Advanced Filter Options

Status: This dropdown menu allows you to filter assignments based on their current status. You can select multiple statuses to view assignments that meet any of the selected criteria.

The available status options are:

1. Planned: Assignments that are scheduled but not yet published.
2. Published: Assignments that are available to students.
   
3. Assigned: Assignments that have been assigned to students.
   
4. Draft: Assignments that are still in draft form and not yet finalized.
   
5. Inactive: Assignments that are not currently active.
   
   
   
   
   
   
6. Show Only My Assignments: This checkbox allows you to filter the assignments to show only those that you have created or are responsible for.
   
7. Show Hidden: This option allows you to include assignments that are currently hidden in your view.

Create assignment copy

One of the core features of our application is simplified way of creation a copy of an existing assignment. A teacher finds the assignment (using search bar and filter), than to be sure that the assignment is the particular assignment they were looking for, they can open assignment’s preview by clicking on it. 

You can quickly click through the assigments by using the arrow on the left and right side or using the arrow left and right keys on your keyboard.

Then you can click on “Go to assignment (in the new tab) “ if the button is enabled, to go to edit page of the assignment.

To create a copy of the assignment you must click on “Create from this “ button.

The list consists of classes where the teacher is a member and has permissions to create assignments.

After choosing a name and a class you need to click on “Create “.

You must be logged in with your school account in the browser. 

Created copies of resources are true copies so changes in copies will not affect original files.
